Derby Cottages Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Derby Lodge are accepted.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect once posted.

The prices shown are per room per night for two people, fee’s aply for extra guests staying in the room.

Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and pricing is subject to change.

Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicative only.

Bookings made for the Derby Cottages are for a minimum 4 night stay, corporate rates do not apply to Cottage accommodaiton or one night stays.

Cancellation Policy

DERBY LODGE

Cancellations more than 48 hours Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the guest’s scheduled day of arrival do not incur any cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 48 hours Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the guest’s scheduled day of arrival do incur a cancellation fee. This fee is the equivalent of one night’s accommodation of the guest’s booking. For guests with long stays (more than 2 nights) 50% of the total amount of their booking fee will be charged.

No cancellation If a guest fails to cancel their booking, and does not show up when scheduled, that guest will be charged the entire amount of their booking.

We do not provide refunds for guests checking out prior to the booked check out date.

The cancellation policy of the Derby Lodge has been created to protect the Lodge and our guests. From the perspective of the Lodge, we pride ourselves on being accountable to our guests. We appreciate the same consideration in return. From the perspective of our guests, accurate information regarding availability must be available on request.

We consider it important to respect the personal and business travel plans of the public. We strongly recommend holiday makers take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances and / or cancellation fees.

Check in & Check out

Check in is at 3.00pm, early check in's are not available due to the volume of guests bookings.

Check out is 10.00am on day of departure, late check out fees $100.00 per room will apply if your room has not been vacated by this time and key returned.

All late check out requests must be received in writing and approved prior to the day of arrival a $100.00 fee applies.

After hours (no contact) Self Check-in available by arrangement only for guestsarriving after 6.00pm, prior arrangement is required.

For last minute bookings please contact reception to ensure our booking has been received. As booking confirmations are automated and staff may not be aware of your late booking.

Smoking

Whilst we appreciate your right to smoke, please note that all our rooms are NON SMOKING and we ask that you restrict your smoking to the designated outside areas marked on the map provided to you at check in during your stay with Derby Lodge.

Pets

No Pets are allowed onsite with the acception of assistance dogs, however prior notice is required at point of booking.
